Thompson Homes is excited to participate in the 2023 SIBA Parade of Homes! Homebuilders in Southwestern Indiana and the surrounding areas come together to feature their model homes in the Parade of Homes presented by Southwestern Indiana Builders Association. During this time, anyone can visit over 20 models for design ideas, inspiration, or to chat with a New Home Specialist.

This year Thompson Homes is featuring its stunning Lexington model at Centerra Ridge in the Parade of Homes

The parade is held over the course of 11 days starting June 3rd, and your invited to do self-guided tours of what could be your next dream home! No registration is required, and the best part – It’s FREE!

ABOUT THE PARADE OF HOMES

Parade of Homes is an annual showcase of new homes that takes place across Southwestern Indiana beginning June 3^rd through June 11^th. Homes will be open for touring from 1-6pm on weekends, and 5-8pm on weekdays. Admission is free. The parade of homes will be closed on June 6^th for the awards banquet

Find the map with all participating homes on the tour here or for a streamlined experience download the Official Parade Magazine for an interactive experience. No pre-registration is needed, so you can start and stop your tour whenever your schedule allows! Not only can you see what incredible floorplan options are available, but a wide variety of home designs will also be featured throughout the parade! Whether it be lighting, landscaping materials, security cameras, or home theaters, you can discover all the ways to personalize your dream home.
